The Nottingham Tram

Costy & Sons were responsible for laying a new tram line through the city of Nottingham. With our vast experience in ground work projects and working on public roads we completed the job on time.

Duties undertaken included drainage, relocation of pipes, pedestrian paving including dropped kerbs lowered to provide an easier crossing point for prams, wheelchair users and the visually impaired.

During works we had to manage traffic in both a safe and efficient way causing as little disruption as possible.
